82% of Truman Students reported that they had not performed poorly on a test or important project due to drugs or alcohol.
74% of Truman Students indicated that they had not missed class due to drinking or drug use.
Truman MoPIP Mission Statement - To create a campus environment that assists Truman students in making responsible choices with respect to alcohol and substance use and to decrease high risk drinking behaviors.
GOALS:
- Use environmental management strategies, techniques, and resources in conjunction with social norming theory to increase campus awareness of drug and alcohol education information.
- Focus on referral of drug and alcohol conduct code violators to appropriate resources and provides relevant educational and consequence sanctions for these violators.
